What if I never received a donation confirmation?

If you made a donation and weren't sure it went through because you never received a confirmation email, here's what to check:

   Think back to the donation flow and which page you stopped at.

   If you completed the full donation process, you should have landed on a thank-you page.

   If you stopped at a page that showed all of your donation details, that's the review page — you still need to click the Give button towards the bottom of the screen to complete the transaction.

   Once you click Give, a thank-you message will appear on screen, and you'll receive an email receipt confirming the donation went through.
