What does a failed transaction mean?

A failed transaction is a donation that was not successfully processed and has been cancelled.

Transactions can fail for several reasons, such as insufficient funds, expired cards, incorrect payment information, fraud prevention measures, chargebacks, or technical issues.

If a donation shows a failed transaction status, it will not automatically resolve, and the donated amount will not be added to your Sowfund balance.
