Understanding fundraiser donation preferences

Personalizing the donation experience for your fundraiser helps create a more meaningful connection with your donors. It allows donors to feel more confident giving while helping you maximize your fundraising potential.

To customize your fundraiser donation experience:

   Go to Fundraisers from the menu.

   Under Active Fundraisers, create a new fundraiser or select an existing one to edit.

   In the fundraiser editor, scroll down to the Donation Preferences section.

   From here, you can customize how donors experience giving to your fundraiser through the available options below:

   Donate Call to Action: Personalize the text under the Donate section to give donors a clear and compelling reason to contribute to your fundraiser.

   Default donation type: Set the default giving option donors see first (one-time or monthly donations).

   Recommended donation amounts: Set suggested donation amounts for both one-time and monthly giving.

   Thank you message: Write a personalized message that donors will see after completing a donation to your fundraiser.
