How to view messages left by donors

Messages allow donors to share words of kindness, blessings, or reasons why they chose to support your ministry.

To view messages left by donors, follow these steps:

   Navigate to Wallet from the menu.

   In your list of donations, look for a note icon next to the donation amount, which appears only if the donor included a message.

   Select the donation you’d like to view.

   On the Donation Breakdown page, a Donor’s message section will appear below the donation details if a message was included.
