How to change your name

Sowfund initially uses your legal name so donors can identify you and ensure all donations are processed under a verified identity.

If you prefer, you can add an alternative name or nickname that will appear publicly on your profile.

This will not change your legal name associated with your account or payment details.

To view or update your name:

   Go to Edit My Page from the menu.

   Under Profile Name, toggle Use a different name on my profile.

   A text field will appear where you can enter the name you want donors to see on your public profile.

   Once you're satisfied with your changes, click Publish Changes at the bottom of the page to update your profile.
