How to change the suggested donation amounts

Set personalized donation amounts to guide donors on how much to give for both one-time and recurring monthly donations. Customizing these amounts can help donors choose the level of support that best fits your ministry. This setting is only available on Starter and Pro plans.

To update your suggested donation amounts, follow these steps:

Change the suggested donation amounts

   Go to Edit My Page from the menu

   Scroll down to the Donation Preferences section

   Locate the Recommended Donation Amount settings and enter your preferred amounts:

      Monthly Giving Recommendation: Enter the suggested amount for donors who want to give monthly
   2. b
      Give Once Recommendation: Enter the suggested amount for donors who want to give a one-time gift

   When you're happy with your changes, click Publish Changes at the bottom of the screen to update your profile

Reset the suggested donation amounts to system settings

   Go to Edit My Page from the menu

   Scroll down to the Donation Preferences section

   Locate the Recommended Donation Amount settings and clear the values in the text boxes. If left empty, Sowfund’s default amounts will be suggested to your donors

   Click Publish Changes at the bottom of the screen to update your profile
