How to change the donation call to action text

Customize the text beneath the “Partner with” heading on your profile to inspire and encourage donors to give. A personalized message helps convey your mission and gives donors a compelling reason to support your work. This customization feature is only available on Starter and Pro plans.

To update your donation call to action, follow these steps:

Change the donation call to action

   Navigate to Edit My Page from the menu

   Scroll down to the Donation Preferences section

   Locate the Donate Call to Action setting and enter your message in the text box

   When you're satisfied with your message, click Publish Changes at the bottom of the screen to update your profile

Remove the donation call to action

   Navigate to Edit My Page from the menu
2. 2
   Scroll down to the Donation Preferences section
3. 3
   Locate the Donate Call to Action setting and delete the message from the text box. If the box is empty, no thank-you message will appear to donors.
