How to add or remove a thank you message for your donors

Enhance your donors’ experience by adding a personalized thank you message that they’ll receive after making a donation. You can also remove the message if you prefer not to include one. This option is only available on Starter and Pro plans.

To add or remove a thank you message for your donors, follow these steps:

Add a thank you message for your donors

    Go to Edit My Page from the menu
  2. 2
    Scroll down to the Donation Preferences section
  3. 3
    Find the Thank You Message panel under Donation Preferences and type your message
  4. 4
    When you're satisfied with your message, click Publish Changes at the bottom of the screen to update your profile

Remove the thank you message for your donors

    Go to Edit My Page from the menu
  2. 2
    Scroll down to the Donation Preferences section
  3. 3
    Locate the Thank You Message panel and delete the message from the text box. If the box is empty, no thank you message will be sent to donors
  4. 4
    Click Publish Changes at the bottom of the screen to update your profile
