How to add or edit a thank you message for your fundraiser

Enhance your donors' experience by adding a personalized thank you message they will receive after making a donation to your fundraiser.

To add or edit your fundraiser thank you message:

    Go to Fundraisers from the menu.

    Under Active Fundraisers, create a new fundraiser or select an existing fundraiser to edit.

    In the fundraiser editor, locate the Donation Preferences section, then find the Thank You Message text box and enter your message.

    Once you're satisfied with your message, click Publish Changes at the bottom of the page to update your fundraiser.

    To remove your fundraiser thank you message delete the message from the Thank You Message text box. If the field is left empty, no thank you message will be sent to donors after they give to your fundraiser. Then click Publish Changes to save your update.
