How to add or edit a thank you message for your donors

Enhance your donors' experience by adding a personalized thank you message that they'll receive after making a donation.

To add or edit your thank you message:

    Go to Edit My Page from the menu.

    Scroll down to the Donation Preferences section.

    Find the Thank You Message text box and type your message.
  4. 4
    Once you're satisfied with your message, click Publish Changes at the bottom of the page to update your profile.

    To remove your thank you message delete the message from the Thank You Message text box. If the box is left empty, no thank you message will be sent to donors. Then click Publish Changes to confirm your update.
