During an active fundraiser, funds are not available for withdrawal while donations are still being processed and the fundraiser is ongoing.
Once a fundraiser has ended—either because it was manually closed or because it reached its funding goal—a fundraiser transfer is initiated. At that point, the total amount collected is moved into your Wallet balance.
After the transfer is complete, those funds become available for withdrawal from your Wallet.
