How or when to archive a fundraiser

Archiving a fundraiser is useful when you no longer want a closed fundraiser to appear publicly on your Sowfund profile. This is often used when a fundraiser did not perform as expected or when you prefer not to display it as part of your public fundraising history.

By default, closed fundraisers remain visible on your profile to show transparency and your fundraising history. Archiving gives you the option to hide specific fundraisers from public view while still keeping them accessible in your account.

To archive a fundraiser:

   Go to Fundraisers from the menu.

   Under Closed Fundraisers, select the fundraiser you want to hide from public view and click Archive.

   The change will be applied automatically, and the fundraiser will no longer appear on your public Sowfund profile.
