About me

Hi My name is Vivianne Dawson Dumas. I am a visionary, missionary, entrepreneur, ordained elder, and international transformational leader with a global perspective and a heart for God's people. I was born in California and raised in Connecticut, and I have lived across the United States, including 15 years in Texas. I also spent four years in Okinawa, Japan, which broadened my cultural awareness and strengthened my global outlook. I hold a degree in Computer Science and Business Management and have pursued additional studies at the American Business and Fashion Institute and the University of Texas. My professional experience spans mortgage banking, civil service with the U.S. Marine Corps, and entrepreneurship. I am a published author of five journals and have hosted conferences, workshops, and faith-based events for over 15 years. I have launched multiple businesses, including 3W: Women of Wisdom, Worth, and Wealth. I am also the Founder and CEO of Seven Pillars Community Development Corporation and LaunchPad Business Incubator, where I equip entrepreneurs across Eswatini and beyond with mentorship, business training, and practical resources to build sustainable and impactful ventures. My greatest joy is seeing lives transformed—spiritually, emotionally, and financially. I have had the privilege of leading and impacting thousands through leadership programs, feeding and clothing initiatives, and Bible-based teaching. As a proud mother of three and grandmother of three boys, I lead with grace, joy, and a deep sense of generational vision. Guided by my faith and inspired by my grandfather's legacy, I live in Eswatini out of obedience to God, committed to raising up a new generation of leaders who walk in wisdom, purpose, and excellence.

My story

At 50 years old, I answered the call of God and left everything familiar behind. After years of serving on part-time missionary trips through 2022, the Great Commission became deeply personal: Gospel of Mark 16:15 — "Go into all the world…" Gospel of Matthew 28:19–20 — "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations…" I stepped away from my career, my U.S. nonprofit, and the daily closeness of my children and grandchildren and friends to move to Eswatini as a full-time missionary. My original commitment was two years — to serve faithfully and then return home. But in 2024, as I sought the Lord for my re-entry plan, He spoke clearly: "Get settled. You will be here for 10 years." That word required courage: Book of Joshua 1:9 It required surrender: Epistle to the Philippians 1:21–24 And it required trust in His promise: Book of Isaiah 43:1 Ten years means this is not a short-term assignment. It means building, not visiting. It means strengthening families so communities can flourish. It means investing deeply in God's children and establishing work that will outlive me. I did not come simply to serve for a season. I came to plant.

My prayer needs

This 10-year commitment is not something I carry alone. Missions has always been a shared calling — some are sent, and others send, support, and intercede. When you partner financially, you are helping strengthen families, equip communities, and build sustainable impact that will touch generations. Your support allows me to remain present, focused, and fully committed to the assignment God has given. And just as importantly, I invite you to pray. Pray for wisdom. Pray for open doors. Pray for the families being strengthened. Pray for endurance and courage as I walk out this decade of obedience. "Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous… For the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go." — Book of Joshua 1:9 If this story resonates with you, I invite you to prayerfully consider becoming part of this journey — whether through consistent monthly partnership, a one-time gift, or committed prayer covering. Together, we are answering the call.
