Alex and Nicole Awwad

Hi! We’re so glad you’re here and so grateful that you are considering sowing into the work that the Lord is doing in Dallas! We are pioneering the School of The New Testament, Dallas location. The school of the New Testament is a 9 month inductive Bible school where students will read through the entire New Testament 5 times! The school of the New Testament exists to train up a generation of believers who are biblically literate, historically knowledgeable, and Spirit-filled, who live out the truths of Scripture and teach accurately the Word of God. The students will be given tools and methods to help them search the scriptures and understand them, to seek God through His word while the Holy Spirit opens up the scriptures to them! We truly believe in the power of the Word of God. The Bible is alive and active, and we see it alive and active in our lives and in the lives of our students! The goal of this school is to see a generation of believers who wholeheartedly seek God, who have made the most High their dwelling place, and who allow Jesus to open up the scriptures to them teaching them all the things about himself while their hearts burn within them as they come to know him more deeply. We desire to see a generation radically transformed by the Word of God, and a community radically transformed through a people who are living out the truths of scripture.

Both Alex and Nicole were students in the School of the New Testament [SNT] in Smyrna, Ga. Nicole in 2019, and Alex in 2020. Nicole then went on to be a staff member in SNT, and also to do an internship with SNT. During this time we both fell deeply in love with the Bible and how this school allowed us to understand God more through His word. This school changed each of our lives through simply applying the truths of scripture practically to our lives! We then got married in April 2021, and quickly went onto the mission field just 5 months later! We were missionaries in Kona, Hi and in East Palo Alto, CA through Youth with a Mission for 6 months. After our time, we continued on with Youth with a Mission [YWAM] to do the School of Biblical studies in Atlanta, Ga. This is a 9 month indicative Bible school where we read the entire Bible 5 times in nine months and used the same method we use in SNT to study through the entire Bible! Nicole continued on to staff the School of Biblical Studies while Alex worked to support our growing family! We then moved to Dallas and are now starting the Dallas location of the School of the New Testament. This school was inspired by the School of Biblical studies, with the goal to equip the local church with the tools and methods we learned in our time in YWAM, becuase we believe that everyone as the ability to know God deeply through the scriptures!
